Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave, I would love to return. The hotel was sea front, spent my time lovely here. Overall it was big and modern, with a private bathroom. The location was marvellous and perfect, the staff was kind! There was Eat nearby to grab something to eat. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away.
Well, the area was very busy overall.

Thoroughly enjoyed the way our absolutely spotless and new-fashioned room with balcony was. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and kitchenware were very handy.

Stayed in nicely decorated and new-fashioned room with a lovely balcony to enjoy the evening sun. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a nice touch. The accommodation had a central location on the seafront in Lancing.

Everything seemed lovely, excellent staff, recently refurbished rooms. Hotel’s breakfast was gluten free and marvellous with ham and cheese and butters and could satisfy any taste. Absolutely perfect central location just next door to the beach and the activities there as well as Worthing and Brighton. I had a fine stay in a long time.

The breakfast choices are marvellous with cheese, croissants plus jams. The stuff are friendly, and the owner too. The hotel has great and absolutely perfect location on the sea front. Also, it is right by Worthing which was about a 50 minute walk along the beach and restaurants.

Location: the hotel was so close to the seafront in Lancing, the cafe behind the mechanics, and shop. The continental breakfast was offered with croissants and ham, as for instance.
